Ms Gill Webber
Gill Webber BA (Hons), MCIPR
Gill Webber has worked in communications, marketing and outreach in the public and not-for-profit sectors for 30 years. She is Executive Director Content and Programmes at Imperial War Museums where she is responsible for the exhibitions and events programme and communications across all five IWM branches . She was previously Executive Director, Communication and Outreach at the Royal Institute of British Architects where she was responsible for the Institute’s world class library collections and all communications, public exhibitions, and the RIBA Stirling Prize for architecture.
Gill's career has included senior communications roles at the British Library and at the BBC World Service. She has a BA in Politics and Parliamentary Studies from Leeds University and has been a visiting tutor at London Metropolitan University and the London College of Communications. She is currently an advisor to the University of Westminster MA in Media, Campaigning and Social Change and is a Trustee at the Sir Winston Churchill Archive Trust.
