I am so glad to be a part of AIBE. All lecturers are professionals who come from the engineering industry. They provide a huge amount of practical knowledge in building services, fundamental design concept and hands-on experience in BIM at different construction stages. These valuable learning experiences are beneficial for my career development.
The Building Services Engineering course strengthened both my professionalism and technical knowledge. The course was useful and practical in my career development, and helped improve my analytical and critical thinking skills. I was honoured to receive valuable advice, support and encouragement from my lecturers before I became a Chartered Engineer.
My greatest reward from the course was the gaining the theoretical knowledge that I could apply in the workplace. Experienced and professional lecturers actively shared their job experiences to integrate with the course content to support better understanding.
The lecturers were well-experienced professionals from the Housing field who were very encouraging and supportive of my learning journey. Most importantly, the course is specified by the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) and fulfils the academic criteria for holding a property management practitioner (PMP) license. It is an honour to become a Chartered Member of the CIHAPB and be able to get the PMP (Tier 1) License of PMSA.
