There is so much support available at Leeds Beckett. There are academic advisers, course leaders, a dedicated librarian and careers adviser – so there is always someone to help you wherever you turn. And if a member of staff is unable to help you, they will know someone who can.

English language requirements

We accept a variety of English language qualifications including TOEFL and IELTS. See all the English language requirements for your country.

Finance

Your tuition fees are based on these factors:

  • Which level your course is – whether it is a pre-sessional, foundation, undergraduate or postgraduate course
  • The cost can also depend on which course you want to study. For example, some of our postgraduate courses vary in price. We recommend that you check the fees for your specific course by using our Course Finder

You are required to pay 50% of your course fee when you start the UK visa process and apply for your CAS number which is necessary for your visa application. This would normally be from the middle of June onwards.

A Confirmation of Acceptance (CAS) number is what you need to apply for, in order to start your UK study visa process. You will need to accept your unconditional offer before you can apply for your CAS number. This number is unique to you and is required for your visa application. Accommodation

If you have selected Leeds Beckett as your firm choice university you can submit and track your application through our online booking system.

  • You will receive a welcome email from our team and they will provide you with a user ID. You will then be prompted to create an account and password on our accommodation system
  • Once registered you can log on and book the accommodation of your choice. Choose the hall and specific room you would like, along with viewing some flatmate information to find the best fit for you

It’s a good idea to look at where each hall is in relation to where you will be studying. Think about how long you want to spend travelling to and from university. You can search our accommodation to find out more about our halls of residence and to see how far they are from our campuses.
