We can hold the programme at a convenient time for your company, and work with you to find the best course schedule – whether that’s delivering the training across several months, or a shorter, intensive course to help minimise disruption to your business.
To help gain insight into your organisation and culture, we often conduct psychometric tests and assessments which allows organisations and individuals to gain a greater understanding of themselves and the different personalities and motivations in their organisation. Tools can be incorporated into a bespoke programme to add an extra layer of reflection, or can be used as the basis of an individual developmental session. Our facilitators are trained to deliver the following tests:
- The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). The most famous and successful assessment of its kind, the MBTI places respondents into 16 broad categories defined by four key personality traits. It can help respondents both understand themselves and others better, helping colleagues to work together, reducing conflict and increase cohesion and collaboration.
- EQ-I 2.0 is designed to give the respondents insight into their own inner self, and how they deal with social situations and interpersonal challenges.
- EQ360® compares respondents’ emotional intelligence scores, the different ways that they deal with people, and how well, with the results of their peers, supervisors, friends and family. This can give people both a better awareness of their own emotional traits and a deeper understanding of how they interact with others.
- MTQ-48 assesses ‘mental toughness’ – how well people cope with, for example, stress and conflict at work. Our facilitators work with respondents to examine their results and look at ways to increase their resilience and build their performance.
