Dr Emma Brown
Emma is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society, and started in post as a Lecturer in Psychology at Leeds Beckett in August 2019. Emma teaches primarily in health psychology and research methods at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Dr Alexandria Bradley
Alexandria specialises in Trauma-Informed, Responsive and Specific practice for men and women accessing support in prison and post-release. Recently, Alexandria has conducted evaluations exploring trauma-responsive practice in a women's centre and a trauma-specific intervention for women with sex-working histories.
Alexandria is passionate about rehabilitation. As a former HMPPS practitioner, she has experience in supporting men and women through their recovery and desistance journey. As a former drug and alcohol programmes facilitator, Alexandria designed and delivered cognitive behavioural programmes within a YOI and Women's prison.
Dr James Woodall
Dr James Woodall is a Senior Lecturer and Course Leader for the MSc Public Health - Health Promotion programme. James's research interest is offender health, particularly health promotion in prison settings.
