About Dawn Taylor
Dawn is Health Visitor Course Leader who has worked at Leeds Beckett for 23 years. She has a keen interest in Public Health and Child Protection with many years experience of working in the community within a multi professional team.
Dawn has a background in adult nursing, midwifery, health visiting and practice teaching. She completed a four year research project into Sudden infant death syndrome and audits examining intra partum deaths. She has a counselling qualification with a keen interest in post natal depression.
She is interested in child development and public health and the effect that poverty has on child welfare.
