Plus Icon Enhance your influence and impact

At a time when most of us are collaborating remotely, the need to be influential and create impact is even more important as the ability to achieve tangible outcomes is, on the face of it, a more difficult challenge. The medium for interaction might be different, we may all be getting used to the technology, we may be having less ‘actual’ conversations, and gone are those informal chats and coffees that we all use to build relationships and drive action. Yet that doesn’t mean we can’t be consciously managing and enhancing the influence and impact we have with our colleagues and those we lead.

This interactive and practical session will cover:

  •  What it means to have influence and impact, why this is a critical skill for everyone, and why that is more important now than ever
  •  What the most important factors in developing influence and impact are
  •  What your own preferred approach might be and how to flex, adapt and enhance this
  •  Practical tools, techniques and ideas to increase the influence and impact that you have immediately

  •  Why maintaining collaboration is so important at the current time
  • Understanding the unique challenges behind virtual collaboration
