This face-to-face session will identify the causes and cost of conflict in the workplace and explores a range of mediation skills.
Online module aiming to enable participants to -
- Feel more confident in identifying signs of mental distress and possible mental health difficulties;
- Develop greater confidence in responding to concerns about a student's mental well-being;
- Develop knowledge of the support available for staff to help manage often complex and difficult situations.

A face-to-face session providing staff with an introduction to visual impairments and giving practical tips for working with students and staff with sight loss.
This face-to-face session provides an informal space to learn about the basics of trans issues and how they are relevant to staff and students in higher education.
