It is important that our University’s records are maintained and managed appropriately. We need to keep records/files for as long as is necessary and, when we no longer need them, to dispose of them in a consistent, planned way. The Records Retention Schedule specifies the required length of time for each type of records to be kept, with records grouped by function/service area for ease of use. The schedule can also be searched using the drop-down boxes below, to return specific records.
