OneLife Suffolk Integrated Public Healthy Lifestyle Service

The Challenge

The OneLife Suffolk Integrated Public Healthy Lifestyle Service (IHLS) seeks to deliver across the county with a focus on areas of deprivation and reducing health inequalities by targeting vulnerable and at-risk groups. The service supports the practitioners to deliver sessions that are client focused.

The importance of delivering a psychologically informed environment is that it enables OneLife Suffolk IHLS practitioners to better meet the needs of the client (e.g. age, gender, ethnicity and weight loss history). This approach is regularly quality assured and improved through clinical and peer supervision.
