Exploring and enhancing the National Child Measurement Programme

Challenge And approach

The project aims to enhance the NCMP process, improve the routine feedback letters, and ultimately, increase the benefits of the NCMP for parents or carers and their children. The project will engage Local Authorities from across England, as well as parents and carers of children who are participating in the NCMP. The research is aligned with the Suffolk County Council funded OneLife Public Health Service that is a collaboration between Leeds Beckett University, MoreLife Ltd, Healthy Futures and Quit51, and subsequently, the testing will be conducted in Suffolk County.
