The Centre for Applied Social Research (CeASR)

The Centre for Applied Social Research (CeASR) is a University-wide Research Centre which orchestrates interdisciplinary research across the social sciences, in five Research Programmes:

  • Crime, Justice & Society - Programme Lead: Colin Webster
  • Global Inequalities - Programme Leads: Joseph Ibrahim & Sophia Price
  • Social Change - Programme Lead: Natalia Gerodetti & Laura Davies
  • Peace - Programme Lead: Rachel Julian
  • Prison Research Network (PRisoN) - Programme Lead: Bill Davies 

  • Playwork and Play Therapy - Programme Lead: Fraser Brown

  • Child Welfare - Programme Lead: Nick Frost

CeASR has an initiative which is relevant in terms of research environment:
