Research Assemblies Programme

Diversity in Events, Tourism and Hospitality

2018 – 2019 Theme

Seminars are sometimes organised around one main theme. The theme for the academic year 2018/2019 was Diversity within Events, Tourism and Hospitality. This a theme left broad by design so that guest speakers will be able to tackle it from their preferred standpoint. We are committed to generating further discussion and raising awareness to the importance of diversity, internationalisation, inclusion, gender and intersectionality in our research, and more generally through-out academia.
