Academic sessions in your school/college
As a university with a rich history of research-led teaching and with more than 150 courses offered at undergraduate level, our academics are in a strong position to stretch and challenge your students and to enhance your curriculum. We offer a range of talks and workshops linked to our academics’ specialist subjects that will illustrate the difference between further and higher education and also the wide range of career options available to graduates.
These talks are offered in the majority of our subject areas and, depending on availability and your location, can be delivered at your school or college. Visit our course pages for a full list of our courses, and fill out the form below to find out more about our Stretch and Challenge sessions.
The Health Talk was extremely informative. It gave our students the chance to ask current university students about what to expect on health courses and how to manage their workload with their placements.

Subject Enhancement Days
We regularly run on-campus Subject Enhancement Days throughout the year that will immerse your students in a particular subject area through a series of themed Stretch and Challenge sessions. Led by our academic staff, these Subject Enhancement Days will give your students the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of studying on a university campus.
