Why not try something new and sign up to one of our Lifestyle courses. We have a range of activities for you to try such as yoga, running and an introduction to lifting. Every course is designed to bring people together while learning new skills in a fun and enjoyable environment.
Lifestyle Courses are perfect for beginners or those who haven’t done activity for a long period. Courses can range from six to ten weeks and are delivered by qualified instructors who will support you to reach your goals.
Our Lifestyle Course programme will be released in September 2021.
