About Carnegie Coach Education
Carnegie Coach Education specialise in the organisation and delivery of sports coach education and development qualifications.
We advertise and organise a variety of qualification courses in Leeds in conjunction with a number of National Governing Bodies in sports and activities such as: Basketball, Cricket, Football, Rugby Union, Swimming, Tennis and Volleyball. We also deliver professional development courses in First Aid and Lifeguarding.
Each year, Carnegie Coach Education support over 3000 students and members of the community, providing an important link for individuals successfully achieving nationally recognised qualifications to seek future voluntary/ employment opportunities.
The National Graduate Employment Survey for Sport and Recreation showed conclusively that employers appoint graduates with coaching, leadership, teaching and first aid qualifications, rather than those without them. Increase your employability before plunging into the job market by enrolling on one or more of these courses right here on your doorstep.
If you are a student of Leeds Beckett University you can enrol on to some of our courses at a reduced cost.
Course information is widely advertised around the University or you can visit our Carnegie Coach Education Office at Headingley Campus, in the Tennis Centre.
