About our club

Netball at our University is hugely popular at both a competitive and recreational level. With weekly intramural fixtures held at the Sport Centre, the Campus Sport programme allows students to have a team made up of their friends, and compete against other student teams throughout the year.

Players will be placed in a team at the start of the year, dependent on your team your schedule will include some or all of the below:

Mondays - 7.15am-9am - Conditioning

Mondays - 7-10pm - Technical Session

Wednesday - Matches

Friday - 7.15am-9am - Conditioning

Due to the level of competition within the club, all trialist should have a good knowledge of the sport and previous playing experience. 

All equipment is provided.

Our Intramural Netball Leagues, allow students to create their own team with a group of friends, and compete against fellow student teams. The league has weekly fixtures on Thursdays throughout the year, with the winning team getting the opportunity to take part in intramural varsity, where the winners of our intramural leagues compete against the University of Leeds. Linked to Intramural Netball Leagues, the Referee Development Programme offers students the opportunity to officiate the league on a voluntary basis in return for a professional development package. For more information please contact craig.robinson@leedsbeckett.ac.uk
