About Alison Kriel

"I was an inner city Head Teacher for nearly 20 years and gained a reputation for leadership excellence. My experience of setting up a new school and leading turnaround schools set me in good stead to do the work I now do supporting school leaders and schools facing demanding challenges. I also enjoy mentoring teachers and leaders who feel unsupported and are at the point of leaving the profession. I have a passion for conscious leadership , values led education, staff and pupil wellbeing, the celebration of the teaching profession, inclusion and diversity and I am regularly invited to speak on these areas. I'm a National Leader of #WomenEd, a HundrEd Ambassador and a RSA Fellow and a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching. In July 2018 I was proud to receive a Doctor of Philosophy for my contributions and attainments in Education."
