About Catherine Burrell
Catherine has 25 years experience of lecturing in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, Personal Development, Organisational and Personal Change. She has worked and lectured overseas in China, Malaysia and many African countries. Catherine has been the Course and Scheme Leader of many undergraduate and postgraduate provision and held a variety of key leadership roles within the Business School.
Currently Catherine is the Principal Lecturer within the Subject area of Leadership, Governance and People Management and leads on the role of `Student Experience`. Catherine has a specific interest in enabling and supporting students with disability and in encouraging a diverse community of learners within the university and the larger community.
Catherine's research interests are focused around Personal and organisational change and draws on her skills and abilities of Art Therapy and Coaching and Mentoring to uncover personal and organisational `meanings`.
