Dr Sam Zulu
Dr Sam Zulu is a Senior Lecturer in the School of the Built Environment and Engineering.
His general research interests are the area of project and strategic management and in particular strategic project management, leadership, organisation studies, construction management education, and commercial management. He has published several conference and journal papers on project management related issues. He is currently looking at decision making processes in the construction industry. His attention has been drawn to the application of management science concepts to understanding issues in the construction industry.

Sam lecturers on several modules within the Surveying, Architectural Technology and Construction Management group. Modules include, Managing Construction Projects, Construction IT, Commercial Management, Advanced Commercial Management and Dissertation. He is also the module leader for Research methods and Dissertation modules on the MSc Facilities Management.
