Ian is responsible for the development and evaluation of web-based learning resources.

Ian provides instructional design of web-based courseware as well as the development of new learning methods. He is responsible for the implementation of computer software and hardware to develop e-learning. Ian authors conference papers and journal articles based on research work.

Research Interests

Ian's research interests include creative and innovative development of the internet and virtual reality to create virtual learning environments. His research work involves the design and development of reusable learning objects to support active teaching and learning, incorporating interactive media, online assessment and video. He is also interested in mobile device app development.
