Louise Morby

Senior Lecturer

Louise has over 20 years experience of working in the field of sport development. Her experience is varied, ranging from local authority community recreation, sports counselling, facility management through to working for a county sport partnership. Louise made the leap into academia in 2009 and research interests include; policy development and implementation, the voluntary sector and sport, employability in sport and gender and sport. Louise is Vice-chair of the UK Sport Development Network board and a member of the management board for the West Yorkshire CSP. Louise is a keen netball player and coach. She is also the chair of Huddersfield Giants netball club.
