About Mark Foley
Mark Foley is a part-time lecturer in Leeds Law School and when not teaching is the Head of the Crown Court team at Harrison Bundey/Ison Harrison solicitors in Leeds.
He is a solicitor advocate and received his Higher Rights of Audience in 1994, making him one of the longest serving Higher Rights solicitors in the country.
Mark practices exclusively in the Higher Courts – conducting trials in the Crown Court and appearing regularly in the Court of Appeal. He has represented clients charged with the most serious crimes, including terrorism and murder.
