Kooth Student

Online Counselling and Emotional Wellbeing Support

As a Leeds Beckett Student you can now access free, anonymous, online counselling during the afternoon, evenings and weekends via your computer or mobile device.

Leeds Beckett University have partnered with Kooth Student, who offer an online counselling and emotional well-being platform accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop and free at the point of need.

This widens our out-of-hours provision and enables all our students the opportunity to access support at evenings and weekends.

The counsellors provide regular counselling sessions, as well as drop-in chats to discuss any difficulties you may be experiencing.

  • Monday to Friday from 12:00–22:00
  • Weekends from 18:00–22:00.

The Kooth website also gives users access to community forums and relevant resources.

Registering with Kooth

Sign up free with your Leeds Beckett student email address. Provide a few details and Kooth will send you a confirmation email. Then complete a quick anonymous profile and you will be able to sign in and chat online to a counsellor.
