Placement Evaluation

All students and Practice Educators are expected to evaluated their placement experience. Quality Assurance Practice Learning (QAPL) Evaluation Forms will be issued towards the end of the placement, usually via an online link. If for any reason you do not receive a copy, please email socialworkplacements@leedsbeckett.ac.uk.

Leeds and Wakefield Social Work Teaching Partnership

Leeds and Wakefield Local Authorities have formed a teaching partnership with Leeds Children's Services, Leeds Adult's Services, Wakefield Children's Services, Wakefield Adult's Services, Leeds Beckett University and the University of Leeds to provide the very best in education, training, employment and continued professional development. As a partnership, we strive for excellence in all aspects of social work.

The Leeds and Wakefield Social Work Teaching Partnership (LWSWTP) comprises of six organisations, each with a distinctive contribution to the student experience, in respect of social work with children & families and adults.

PebblePad: accessing student workbooks

Students have been provided with an e-portfolio tool (PebblePad) to support their learning on the course and on placement.
