Welcome January 2021

From finding your way around to a guide to our campus facilities
Whether you’re trying to find your way around Campus or the City of Leeds, in person or virtually, we want to make sure you have everything you need.

Plus Icon Travelling to campus
You should only come to campus when necessary.

The Government recommends that if you can, walking or cycling is the best way to travel during the pandemic. These are also sustainable modes of transport. You can hire a bike from the university from £35 for three months with a £50 deposit.

There is limited pay and display parking available at both campuses if you are travelling by car. If you are using public transport to travel to campus please allow extra time as capacity is reduced to allow for social distancing. You must wear a face covering and follow Government guidance. Make sure you wash your hands before you travel and after.
Plus Icon Be safe on campus
We've worked hard to make sure you feel safe and confident about being on campus.

However, you should only come to campus when necessary and respect other students and staff by sticking to social distancing rules and following the guidance and signage when you see it.

You can find more information about our guidance and signage here.

Please see below for floor plans of each of our buildings on campus, highlighting the one way systems in place and other relevant information you may need for visiting these buildings.

CITY CAMPUS
Plus Icon Book study space

The Library provides individual bookable study spaces for students to use. These are limited as our spaces need to comply with current Covid-19 restrictions. Students will not be allowed into the Library without a booking.

If you want to study in the Libraries you must book a time and individual space via Book a Study Space. The number of spaces is currently very limited.

In the event you lose your money, you can 'pay' for your fare by giving the Amber Cars driver your Campus Card. You will be asked to sign a docket and leave your student card with the driver. You can then get your card back by repaying your original fare at the Students' Union.

Amber Cars provide this service in conjunction with the Students' Union.
