You will be introduced to the law surrounding cases of patients detained under the Mental Health Act 1983 (as amended by the Mental Health Act 2007).
This module will prepare you for working in employment law and practice.
You will be introduced to areas of practice in which commercial lawyers are required to advise with the drafting of commercial agreements, intellectual property rights, competition law, and agency and distribution agreements.
