Develop a critical understanding of the concepts, methodologies and techniques involved in risk and value management at construction project and corporate levels. You will learn to analyse, critically appraise and perform complex project decision-making and associated risk and value management in construction projects.
Understand the theory and science of human behaviour to enable you to better facilitate optimum and rational decision making in strategy and projects.
Study why programmes and projects need to apply innovation to issues and problems, exploring the entrepreneurial relationship with innovation and project management.
