What happens at our Postgraduate and Research Open Days?
Open Days are the best way for you to find out more about our postgraduate courses or research opportunities, and discover the benefits of being a student at Leeds Beckett University.
Split across our City and Headingley campuses, you will be able to visit the campus where your course is taught. You’ll have the opportunity to chat to our teaching teams about your chosen course and find out about practical aspects of studying a Masters degree, such as the postgraduate loan and the application process from our support teams. You will also have the opportunity to speak to academic staff involved in world-leading research across a range of disciplines and subject areas.
Campus Tours guided by our current students will also be taking place throughout the event.

PG FAQs
If you would like to visit Leeds Beckett to learn more about postgraduate opportunities, then please register for our Open Day.
We do have quieter blocks for Postgraduate students - please request this on your application form and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
For the majority of postgraduate courses we would require you to have an undergraduate degree, however the entry requirements vary from course to course. All entry requirements for our postgraduate courses can be found on our online prospectus.
For the majority of Postgraduate courses we do not have a set deadlines as there can be different start times throughout the year. Instead, we will continue to accept applications until the course is full. Therefore we would always recommend applying as early as possible.
Please be aware that some professional qualifications and postgraduate courses in the areas of Health and Education have an application deadline.
