publishing
Many of the members of LARC are creative practitioners whose work takes the form of artistic artefacts such as films, music compositions, paintings or live performances.
Many combine these activities with more traditional academic outputs such as journal articles, conference papers and monographs. Below you can find out more about some of these outputs. Our staff are scholars as well as artists and the work below indicates their impact on the field with research that encompasses film history and ethnomusicology among many other subjects. Also you will find work which pushes at the boundaries of what ‘publication’ might mean.
