Plus Icon Bounce DanceFit

Bounce is a brand new high energy Dance/Fitness class that will change the way you look at your workout!

It is fun, effective and for “Everyone”. 

Bounce DanceFit has a commercial Pop/R&B root and the choreography is fun and easy to follow, combining the latest hip-hop and commercial chart hits.

Dance styles covered include Hip-Hop, Waacking, House and Vogue. 

This is a total workout, combining element of dance, fitness, cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

All of this is combined with an amazing boost of energy will make you feel awesome at the end of every class!

The perfect combination of fitness and dance that creates a fun workout environment that will leave you wanting more!

This new addictive class was created so that it is easy enough for everyone to follow, no matter of your experience, age, ability or fitness level!

Plus Icon BODYATTACK (LES MILLS)

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts.

We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

SH'BAM is available as either a 45 or 30-minute workout.

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories along the way.

This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Our Les Mills instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round.

You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*.

Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn.

GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

GRIT takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Circuit training is a safe, effective and fun approach to improving cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and motor fitness. 

In this class you will work through multiple stations for a great full workout suitable for beginners through to advanced athletes.

A Strength Based High-intensity interval training (HIIT),focusing on short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

A great class for strengthening the deep core muscles in your back and stomach, using breathing to increase the intensity.

The perfect class for those recovering from injuries and for those seeking improving their general wellbeing.

If speed and explosive strength are key to your performance then, this kind of program is a must.

This plyometric circuit will lead you to jump higher and further, to run quicker and faster, to throw an object or ball farther and to lift bigger weights with more ease.

A 60-minute Rocket inspired flow class from San Francisco - Yoga that is uplifting with fun challenges, helping you to build core strength, stability and mobility.
 
This class is great for beginners, regular gym goers, sport enthusiasts, runners, cyclists and those working hard 9-5!

An indoor cycling class set to music with enthusiastic instructors to power you along.
Plus Icon Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body.

From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow.

Inhalation is usually connected to upward, open movements, while exhalation is often tied to downward movements or twists.

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.

You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Ashtanga is a dynamic and effective form of postural yoga that exploded in popularity in the 1990s, first through the teachings of Pattabhi Jois, a disciple of the legendary Krishnamacharya, who is undoubtedly the grandfather of virtually all forms of modern postural yoga. 

At the heart of the methodology is an integration of smooth breath, concentrated yet broad gaze, and steady posture. 

These elements are seamlessly woven into rituals of movement. 

When practised regularly and skilfully, it is possible to experience profound expansion of the body-mind and learn to stay present and centred throughout the myriad physical sensations and mental projections that finally dissolve back into ever-present stillness. 

As conceptual boundaries fade, one’s sense of self is radically transformed.
