Why Leeds Beckett?

The Leeds Mechanics Institute, to which Leeds Beckett University can trace its origins was founded in 1824

i-graduate Student Barometer, Autumn Wave 2015. A total of 237,586 students from 172 institutions in 18 countries took part. Leeds Beckett was one of 50 UK universities to take part, with 3,417 home and international students from our University responding to the survey.
