Prof Pinki Sahota, who heads up the consultancy unit, is Deputy Chair of The Association for the Study of Obesity (ASO) and co-chair of the Regional ASO group. She has also been working as a consultant for Danone Baby Nutrition. She also chairs the expert group for the "Feeding for Life" Foundation which supports the education of early year practitioners and health and social care practitioners, working with infants and families.
In addition, we are proud to be members of the British Dietetics Association and the Association for Nutrition (AfN). This membership provides our clients with the assurance that our experts meet the rigorous standards of competence and professionalism set by the respective codes of conduct.
Our University has state-of-the-art laboratories; some of these facilities are available for hire.
