Junior Sports Academy taster sessions

As we open places for our Junior Sports Academy in 2022 we will be offering a Juinor Taster Day, (Date to be confirmed as we have had to postpone the original session.) We will be opening our Headingly Campus to budding young sports people who are looking to have a go at a new sport or just have a bit of fun.

All the sessions are free and will be led by fully qualified coaches throughout.

Avaialable sports on this day will be:

Junior Squash

• 10 - 11am for ages 8 to10
• 11am - 12pm for ages 11 +
• 12 - 1pm is a family open session

Junior American Football

• 09:00-10:30 Under 16s
• 10:00-12:00 Under 19s
• 11:00-12:30 Under 14s (any kids aged 7 and up)

Junior Tennis

• 11am - 1pm will be open play for juniors and family members

Junior Athletics

• 12 - 1pm for ages 8-10
• 1 - 2:30pm for ages 11+

We will also invite family members to access the track within this time, but not the session.
