How to Sign Up

If you're a Leeds Beckett Student or member of Staff you can sign up and transfer an existing account to Upay easily through Single Sign On - there's a quick guide to help you make the switch on our Rewards page.

If you're not a student or staff to process is a little different so we'll guide you through it in 5 easy steps below.

01 Download Upay

Download Upay from the App Store or Google Play Store.

02 Begin Registration

Select Register For a Upay Account

03 Transfer your account

For affiliate ID please use LBUEXT.

Then for email address please use the address currently linked to your account. This step is really important in transferring your account - this is the email address you might receive emails from the Reward Card on - if you're not sure what email you signed up just drop us an email at beckettfood@leedsbeckett.ac.uk and we can check for you.

04 Manage your account

For security reasons your physical Reward Card will deactivate once you've signed in - you can reactivate your card if you want to use both by emailing beckettfood@leedsbeckett.ac.uk.

Your next set of options will be to join the club of marketing and push notification. Why? Because we've got some tasty, exclusive deals and offers with your name on them! Keep those notifications on, and you won't miss out on a bargain!

If you ever change your mind, the power to tweak your preferences is always in your hands. Head over to the applications menu and switch it up.

05 Now all that's left is to use it!

Before you pay, open the Upay app and show your unique QR code to our team at the tills (it's hanging out on the top or bottom right of your screen) and watch the magic happen. Points collect instantly, ready for you to cash in. Easy-peasy right?

Your homepage is where all the action is. It spills the beans on how close you are to scoring that 10th free hot drink – just a few stamps away! Plus, you can add credit, peek at time-limited deals, and snag ongoing offers. All your Rewards, just a finger tap away!
