This workshop will support learners to deepen their understanding of peer-to-peer supervision in practice within their organisation. Using research and evidence-based approaches the course will include strategies for developing peer-to-peer supervision which can be applied to an organisation.
Learning Outcomes
This programme will support learners to:
- Develop an understanding of peer-to-peer supervision
- Develop an understanding of the benefits of peer-to-peer supervision and who will benefit from receiving peer-to-peer supervision
- Develop listening skills to facilitate peer-to-peer supervision
- Develop an understanding of ‘contracting’ within a peer-to-peer supervision context
What does the Programme Include?
- 3 x 120 min online workshops over a 3-week period
- Comprehensive workbook containing links to good quality supervision resources such as podcasts, YouTube clips, books and articles
- An online forum to engage with other learners during the course
Suitable for
This workshop is aimed at managers and senior leaders with a strategic responsibility for staff mental health and wellbeing in their organisation.
