Professor Peter Crow will discuss values and how they embed within the organisation’ and the challenges this presents to the board.
This will be followed by Q&A with selected 4 panel members where you are invited to share your experience and pose your questions.
David Lock (WCCSA) will talk about a joint research project Leeds Beckett University have conducted on Sustaining Corporate Values throughout the organisation.
The evening will also include the presentation of the WCCSA Best Governance Student 2023 prize to one of the Leeds Beckett University MSc Corporate Governance students.
Dr Peter Crow is an independent director and advisor with an extensive international record helping boards realise organisational potential. Contributions include directorships of private companies and family firms; advice to boards, institutions and governments; governance assessments; director education; keynotes, guest lectures and research. Peter holds a doctorate in corporate governance and strategy. He is a chartered director, and holds memberships with several international institutions including the International Corporate Governance Networks and the Global Peter Drucker Society.
