Indigenous events and leisure – what can we learn?
Join Dr Trudie Walters in a reflexive exploration of how Indigenous events in New Zealand are depicted in the media.

This presentation will focus on our research into how the media have represented an Indigenous event in Aotearoa New Zealand. The findings will be then used as a reflexive provocation, asking what we can learn about ourselves and our field of study.

This event is part of the Events, Tourism and Hospitality at Leeds Beckett University online research seminar series. These are free to attend and are recorded for later access via the website.
