#WECAN Masterclass: Eat that Frog Managing your workday effectively
#WECAN (Women Empowered through Coaching and Networking) project aims to enhance the resilience and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by building the leadership skills, capabilities and opportunities of women in the Leeds City Region.

No we don’t literally mean eat that frog…

The frog is that one thing you have on your to-do list that you have absolutely no motivation to do and that you're most likely to procrastinate on. Sound familiar?

In this session you will:

  • Analyse what might be eating into your time as a leader
  • Explore time saving ideas such as Covey’s Time Management Matrix, Tracy’s “Eat That Frog” and The Pomodoro Technique
  • Gain confidence in your leadership role to implement practical time-saving strategies

Speaker

The session will be led by #WECAN Delivery Lead Kim Sanderson. Kim has over 25 years’ experience of teaching in further education. Kim currently works as a Programme Developer and Assessor at the Leadership Centre in Leeds Business School at Leeds Beckett University. Her role involves the design, delivery and assessment of leadership and management courses for businesses. Prior to joining Leeds Beckett University, she worked in the retail and further education sector and has experience of leading and managing teams in both.

The session will be hosted using MS Teams - a meeting link will be sent to you in advance.
