Overview
Pythia, the famous oracle at Delphi was visited by the leaders and their counsel from across the known world, seeking her advice and guidance. Operating being smoky screens and talking in riddles, what lessons can she teach us about leadership?
Session Objectives
During this workshop, you will be invited to explore the power of two key leadership characteristics: visibility and communication.
Speaker
The session will be led by #WECAN Delivery Lead, Anastasia Konstantopoulou, who is a Professor of Innovation and Leadership Development at Edge Hill University.
She has nearly 20 years’ of experience in Higher Education, during which period she has published widely both in scientific and management journals, she has led transformational education strategies and has established a nationally recognised portfolio of innovations in HE.
Anastasia is passionate about equality in opportunities and fully committed to championing a culture of sustained improvement in practice.
Her work has been recognised through various international awards and prizes, and has a sustainable impact.
