Do you sometimes wish that your team would share more with you about issues at work before it becomes a problem?
An effective leader is a person who is approachable, therefore building good relationships at work is pivotal not only for productivity but for morale and wellbeing too.
Session Objectives
During this session we will explore how we can be more approachable in our leadership to encourage all to share their ideas and work harmoniously together:
- Analyse how approachable you are
- Explore how to improve trust and communication with your team
- Enhance your skills to create a strong team
This session is ideal for anyone who wishes to refresh their leadership skills with a focus on approachability, building trust and communication.
