This session is a pragmatic step by step guide to a systematic approach to planning your organisations communications. It helps to target more successfully your marketing and communications resources for the future.

- Identify the steps of the planning process
- Learn how to use research to effectively manage messages and channels of communication
Speaker
This workshop will be led by Shirley Beresford, a Communications Marketing Professional and Academic. Currently lecturing at Leeds Business School at Leeds Beckett University, Shirley specialises in strategic communications and arts marketing and is also an examiner for the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) and CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations).
