#WECAN (Women Empowered through Coaching and Networking) project aims to enhance the resilience and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by building the leadership skills, capabilities and opportunities of women in the Leeds City Region.

As remote working becomes the new norm, how do we manage our teams effectively?

Managing a remote team certainly presents its challenges but as hybrid and remote working have become a feature of the ‘new normal’, how do we continue to communicate, motivate, and empower effectively?
