Are you holding yourself back at work because you doubt your own ability to succeed? If so, you may be experiencing imposter syndrome.

This session is for anyone who experiences feelings of self-doubt at work and will be led by leadership development professional Kim Sanderson.

Workshop Objectives

  • Share what may be holding you back at work
  • Explore symptoms of imposter syndrome
  • Create tips to develop confidence in the workplace

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is open to women and non-binary people from all organisations and sectors regardless of role and experience.

Kim has over 25 years’ experience of teaching in further education. Kim currently works as a Programme Developer and Assessor at the Leadership Centre in Leeds Business School at Leeds Beckett University. Her role involves the design, delivery and assessment of leadership and management courses for businesses. Prior to joining Leeds Beckett University, she worked in the retail and further education sector and has experience of leading and managing teams in both.
