Lois Forsell is a rugby league coach and former international player. She played for Hunslet, Bradford Bulls and Leeds Rhinos Women, earning accolades including a historic treble with Bradford in 2017 and captaining Leeds Rhinos to Challenge Cup victory in their inaugural season. Lois made 18 appearances for England, which included two World Cups (2013 and 2017). After retirement from playing, Lois transitioned into coaching, becoming Head Coach of Leeds Rhinos Women in 2020 and later Head Coach for England Women's Knights, before her current position as England Women’s Assistant Coach.
Beyond the pitch, she has championed the sport as a development officer for the Leeds Rhinos Foundation, was the RFL’s first Women’s Player Ambassador, and is a role model and driving force for the growth of women’s rugby league.
