Dr Oladipupo Folorunsho is a prolific lecturer dedicated to inspiring students and fostering their growth. His expertise lies in HR management, Trust Leadership, Research Methods and Organisation Behaviour. He is committed to promoting a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Dr Oladipupo is a lecturer in Leadership, Governance and People Management subject group at Leeds Business School, Leeds Beckett University. His area of specialism centres around HR management, Trust Leadership, Research Methods and Organisation Behaviour.

Dr Oladipupo holds a PhD in Leadership and Management, MSc in International Human Resource Management, an MRes in Research Methods and Business Execution and a level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management. His diverse academic background has supported in building a robust teaching portfolio in various departments across social sciences, Business and Management, Organisational Development and structure, Strategy and Research Methods.

Dr Oladipupo is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, General Secretary of the British Academy of Management (Leadership and Leadership Development Special Interest Group) and Deputy Vice Chair of the World Mission Agency Charity Commission (Sheffield Chapter).

Dr Oladipupo's pedagogy enables students to become critical thinkers through the use of real-life experiences while paying attention to different learning styles.
