Kirstie Frenneaux is a driven and results-oriented Funding Support Manager at Leeds Beckett University, where she facilitates transformative collaborations between academia and industry through the delivery of high-impact Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) projects.

With a strong track record in programme development, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery, Kirstie has consistently championed initiatives that fuel innovation and growth. She brings expertise in delivering externally funded programmes within Higher Education, with a particular focus on empowering SMEs, start-ups, and entrepreneurial students. Her leadership was instrumental in designing and delivering the ERDF-funded Accelerate programme, which supported over 700 early-stage businesses across the Leeds City Region. She also played a key role in shaping the launch of the Small Business Leadership Programme and its successor, Help to Grow: Management, providing targeted support to business leaders nationwide.

Kirstie is passionate about her current role where she provides day-to-day project management support to a diverse portfolio of KTPs helping to fostering sustainable partnerships that deliver real world impact.
