Lekha Bodhe

Lekha is an experienced pracademic and higher education researcher with a diverse professional background. She teaches across a range of postgraduate and degree apprenticeship programmes with expertise in management accounting, project management, strategic management and operations management.

Prior to working at Leeds Beckett University, Lekha's previous professional experience included working with local authorities and multinational organisations, along with supporting local charities. Her main areas of interest are in studying student experiences in higher education and inclusive teaching, learning and assessment techniques.
