Natasha is a Therapeutic Coach at Head2Heart Connection, where she specialises in guiding individuals towards emotional flexibility, freedom, and connection. With more than twenty years of experience supporting parents, children, and educators in diverse community and secular education settings, Natasha brings a wealth of expertise to her practice.
She holds a Master's degree in Education and Teaching, grounding her approach in both educational theory and practice. Natasha's qualifications include certification as a coach, Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, and she is currently undertaking training as a psychotherapist. She blends different therapeutic and evidence-based approaches to help clients explore their big, tricky, and prickly emotions and nurture deeper congruence, connection, and compassion.
In addition to her private practice, Natasha serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Leeds Beckett University and is actively involved in PhD research at the Carnegie Centre of Excellence for Mental Health in Schools. Her research focuses on the mental health and well-being of school children, specifically how teachers' behaviour impacts students' emotional well-being through their lived experiences.
