Vee Zmudzka is a dedicated business support and engagement professional at Leeds Beckett University, where she plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, innovation, and collaboration. She brings specialist expertise in communications and engagement to the In-Path Health Innovation programme, helping to connect stakeholders and amplify impact across the health innovation ecosystem.

With a strong focus on supporting SMEs and entrepreneurs, Vee has been instrumental in the coordination and successful delivery of several high-impact initiatives, including Help to Grow, Business Productivity, Business Boost, and the Go to Market Launchpad. Her work ensures seamless participant experiences and fosters meaningful connections between academia and industry.

In her current role, Vee works closely with businesses and academic teams to facilitate research projects and knowledge exchange, aligning academic insight with real-world business needs.

With over a decade of experience at Leeds Beckett University, Vee has a rich background in student recruitment and marketing, bringing a strategic and people-focused approach to every initiative. Prior to joining LBU, she held business development roles at the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) and the Skills Funding Agency (SFA), where she supported employer engagement and workforce development.
